Jodi Arias is facing the death penalty for allegedly killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander in his Mesa, Arizona, home
Police say Alexander’s body had at least 29 stab wounds, his throat was slit from ear to ear and he’d been shot in the face.
Arias' attorneys argue she killed him in self-defense, even though Arias has given authorities several stories about how her ex-boyfriend was murdered.
“We see a lot of crocodile tears and a lot of body language tells that say this woman is not only capable of murder, but she's a phony," Janine Driver, the president of the Body Language Institute, told HLN’s Dr. Drew Wednesday night.
Driver explains more of her observations from her experience in the video clip above.
