Obama: Fiscal cliff fix 'within sight'

President Obama addressed the nation on the last day of 2012, reassuring Americans that Congress will find a solution by the end of the day to avoid the fiscal cliff. He said he’s working with Congress to solve this problem “in stages.”

Why is this important? Because the fiscal cliff will determine your paycheck. The House of Representatives announced Monday that they will wrap up business for Monday without voting on any fiscal cliff deal.
