Can we prevent another?

On December 14, 2012, a gunman opened fire inside Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, killing dozens of people, including children.

Dr. John Sharp, a psychiatrist, says these tragedies are preventable if certain measures are taken.
