Yes, these are dogs driving cars. And, yes, no one anywhere could have thought of a better story for Jeanne Moos to have fun with.

There's some meaning behind the madness, though. The New Zealand SPCA says the stunt was designed to raise awareness for rescue dogs by proving how intelligent and capable they are. And they won't cuss you out during rush hour -- even if it's ruff!
