A homeless man is facing murder charges for allegedly pushing a man off a subway platform this week in an act that has shocked the nation. A photo of the victim trying to climb off the train tracks made national headlines.

Naeem Davis, 30, was arraigned in New York on Wednesday. He is charged with second-degree murder with depraved indifference.

Surveillance video caught Davis arguing with 58-year-old Ki-Suck Han, a husband and father to a little girl, moments before the incident occurred.
