New court documents reveal claims surrounding the now infamous Thanksgiving day brawl between Halle Berry’s ex lover, model Gabriel Aubry, and her fiance, actor Olivier Martinez. Gabriel Aubry has filed legal papers showing the extent of his injuries. That despite the fact that Gabriel was arrested and charged with battery.
