On Nov. 28, 1994 the grisly saga surrounding convicted serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer ended.

That’s the day a fellow inmate murdered Dahmer, who was serving 15 consecutive life sentences for killing 15 men.

By this time, the details of Dahmer’s horrific story were well known. But what cannot be forgotten is the heart-wrenching emotions his victims’ families endured. In this clip, a woman lets an unresponsive Dahmer know exactly how much pain he’s caused her family.

"Jeffrey, I hate you!" she screams during her impact statement.
