The post-Sandy shock is turning to desperation for some people.  

Donna Solli says she rode out the storm on Staten Island to stay with her dog.  She is hungry, cold and worried -- like millions of others who are still in the dark. 

More than a million homes and businesses have had power restored since yesterday, but 3.3 million customers in 15 states including D.C., are still without juice -- 4 days after the storm.

Sandy killed at least 92 people in the U.S.
