You're not alone Abigael!
Elizabeth Evans tells HLN affiliate KUSA that she'd been listening to NPR in the car while running errands in Fort Collins, Colorado with her 4-year-old daughter. When they got to the supermarket Evans noticed that Abigael was crying and asked why.
"I'm just tired of 'Bronco Bama' and 'Mitt Rom-i-ney,'" was her all too relatable reply!
Evans says she hadn't even realized they were talking politics on the radio... but on the ride home, she made sure they listened to music instead!
For their part, NPR has apologized to the girl "and all the many others who probably feel like her," the organization said Wednesday. "We must confess, the campaign's gone on long enough for us, too. Let's just keep telling ourselves: 'Only a few more days, only a few more days, only a few more days.'"
