Construction crane dangles above NYC

  • Hurricane Sandy's winds have put a crane in a perilous position
  • Authorities say the crane will fall

Hurricane Sandy's damage already has begun. A crane in Manhattan is dangling high above West 57th Street and officials are worried that it may come down.  Fifteen buildings in the area have been evacuated.
