Jackson's family is suing the company that promoted his last tour for negligence for hiring Conrad Murray to take care of the pop star during his last tour.
Murray was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in November 2011 in the death of Jackson.

The parties will be in court Wednesday to argue over whether the evidence in the case should be sealed.
