Controversy continues to surround a video that allegedly shows Hulk Hogan having sex with the then-wife of his former best friend, radio host “Bubba the Love Sponge”.  

According to our colleagues at "Showbiz Tonight”, Hulk admitted that he did have sex with the woman about six years ago, but didn’t know he was being taped.

Hulk is reportedly suing the website Gawker -- which posted the clip -- as well as Bubba and his ex-wife, Heather Clem. Hogan, though, has been accused of releasing the tape himself.

“Is this a stunt or do they have a legitimate complaint against one another?" HLN’s Dr. Drew asked his guests Thursday night.

“It's a PR grab,” attorney Lisa Bloom replied. “This is a guy who's trying to revive a flagging career … let's not fall for this.”

But Kim Serafin, senior editor of In Touch Weekly, said, “They seem upset about it. You would think you could make this into a publicity stunt … [but] nobody seems to be happy about this.”
