Some of the biggest business deals are made on the golf course, and women sometimes miss out on those transactions because we either don't know the game or think it's a boys club.
Well, I wanted to get into that club.
PGA pro Suzy Whaley, one of the few women to ever qualify to play against the men for a PGA event, had the task of helping teach me and one of your fellow viewers the game.
She told us that you can play with just a few lessons, and without spending a fortune.
Next time we have help if you're a new golfer but feel intimidated at the driving range. You can to to HLNtv.com/Robin or PGA.com for more lessons and pictures from my training. Speaking of which, I need to keep practicing because I was just told I'm going to be playing with Bubba Watson, the Masters champ, next week at the PGA's Pro-Am, right before the Grand Slam of Golf in Bermuda.
Watch that, next week on our sister network TNT.
Thanks to the Atlanta Country Club where we shot most of these segments.
