Jessica Ridgeway was last seen on Friday near her home in Westminster, Colorado. The 10-year-old left her home to walk to her elementary school but never showed up for class. Police found Jessica’s backpack and water bottle more than six miles away from her home. 

Jane Velez-Mitchell also learned that three weeks earlier, students in the area reported seeing a man in a dark sedan trying to lure kids closer to his vehicle.
