American Airlines says YOU may be partially responsible for the problems it's been having with rows of seats coming loose during flight.
They say they have a fix and will be working quickly to add additional hardware to seats on nearly fifty 757's. Work should be done by Saturday.
Nearly 100 flights have been canceled due to the problem.
What caused seats to disengage from the floor on three flights? Your spilled drinks, in part. The locks that bolt seat rows into the floor of the affected 757's can get stuck in the unlocked position when drinks are spilled around them.
