iPhone 5 users have had about a week now to play with their new phones... and the gripes are starting to roll in.
We asked HLN digital lifestyle expert Mario Armstrong to address some of the main complaints he's hearing from early adapters:
Problems with Wi-Fi for some Verizon Wireless customers
Slimmer, lighter case makes phone feel flimsy
Armstrong says in order to make sure you don't get charged for cellular data when you should be on a Wi-Fi network, make sure you check your settings and download the latest software update.
Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing Philip Schiller addressed the scratching in a statement saying, "Any aluminum product may scratch or chip with use, exposing its natural silver color. That is normal."
As for the heft of the device... Armstrong says he got used to it pretty quickly but admits that, "...if you are clumsy, or a spaz," you might want to take extra care while you adjust to the light weight of the thinner device.
