Wealthy Texas businessman John Howard allegedly paid a series of hitmen to kill his wife so he could move to California with his mistress. 

Nancy Howard was shot in the driveway of her home. One bullet lodged in her lung and another destroyed her eye, putting Nancy into a coma for days. The couple has three children, and John's attorney claims Nancy doesn’t want a divorce. 

Jane speaks to Mary Jo Buttafuoco, the victim in the much publicized "Long Island Lolita" case involving Amy Fisher. Mary talks about her own experience and says that she believed her husband at first when he said he had nothing to do with her shooting.
