The Los Angeles Police Department is now investigating two police officers after surveillance video surfaced showing the two officers slamming a 34-year-old female nurse to the ground. Police pulled Michelle Jordan over for allegedly using her cell phone while driving. Michelle’s attorney admits that Michelle swore at the officers but they say she did nothing to warrant the physical altercation.
The video shows the officers tackling her twice, once after she was already restrained in handcuffs. She was left with injuries to her head and chest and was charged with resisting arrest. The two officers have been assigned to office duty while Internal Affairs conducts an investigation.
