Is Miley Cyrus too thin?

Miley Cyrus is once again facing an Internet firestorm, this time over a photograph that she posted on Twitter. The picture shows Miley posing in front of a mirror wearing a tight top and loose pants.

Now critics claim that she is losing too much weight and that by posting pics like this, she's sending the wrong message to young girls everywhere.
