Do ladies REALLY need special parking spaces?!

So who are better drivers: men or women? The mayor of a small town in Germany has ordered parking spaces in city garages be labeled for men or women depending on how complicated they are to get into!

The mayor says obstacles for the lady driver may include difficult angles or concrete pillars so female-designated spaces are wide with lots of lighting and close to exits.
