Dr. Drew's defines 'regulating emotions'

You’ve heard Dr. Drew talk about regulating emotions on his HLN show quite often as of late.

He took a moment Monday night to further explain exactly what that means.

“The best way I can help you understand it is if you feel turmoil internally, you feel negative feelings that you can't escape and you end up making choices or engaging in behaviors to escape those feelings because you can't regulate them by yourself,” he said.
