KISS legend Gene Simmons appeared on HLN’s “Ask Dr. Drew” segment Thursday night.

He asked, “How can you and I make everybody get a huge guilt complex about not doing something for those less advantaged than we are?”

Dr. Drew responded, “I'm not sure you can guilt people into making a difference. I think you have to inspire people to make a difference.”

He added, “I think the little key is to help people really understand that service to others gives life meaning. We have lost track of that.”
