Will any man cheat if given the opportunity?

  • Men 'often don't know how to act with their emotions,' relationship expert adds

On Wednesday night’s sex and relationship themed show, HLN’s Dr. Drew posed the question: If given the opportunity, will any man cheat?

It created quite a stir amongst his guests, including Steve Santagati, the New York Times best selling author of "The Manual".

“Yes ...most men will cheat,” adding, “It boils down to what we are as animals," Santagati stated. "We want to have sex and we get bored having sex with the same person over and over again.”

Relationship expert and "Loveline" co-host Simone Bienne disagreed with Santagati’s ideology, noting that people should absolutely invest and work at their personal relationship.  But she warned, “Men are very, very sensitive and often don't know how to act with their emotions … then get into situations and instead of expressing anger with their wives, they'll go and sleep with someone instead.”
