Charlie Sheen is threatening to sue a strip club for defamation of character.
Sheen’s lawyers sent a cease and desist order to the owners of Cheetah’s club in New York City after the actor found out about the club’s “Charlie Sheen room.” The VIP room allowed guests the chance to eat sushi off of women wearing only cellophane.
Sam Zherka, the owner of the club, told Jane Velez-Mitchell that he received the cease and desist order because Sheen’s attorneys said the usage of his name at the club would be detrimental to his persona.
Zherka says he was surprised that Sheen was upset given his now legendary warlock past full of sushi and scantily clad women. He claims he named the room after Sheen in honor, and says he is no longer using Sheen’s name.
