A mobile app called "Girls Around Me" is raising privacy concerns. It uses location data from Foursquare and Facebook to show photos of women who are nearby. 

Foursquare actually cut off access to the app, saying it violates their policies. But developers say that "Girls Around Me" is misunderstood. HLN's Richelle Carey talks with experts to help us understand what's going on with this app.
