Inspired by flavors from The North Market in Columbus, Ohio, Jeni Britton Bauer opened an ice cream shop that serves truly unique flavors: Salty Caramel, Pistachio and Honey, Brambleberry Crisp, Goat Cheese with Cognac Figs, and Whiskey and Pecans, just to name a few.  They were a hit, and now Bauer has 10 stores selling “Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams.”
