Travel app makes the airport more friendly

NEED TO KNOW
  • Zamp was created by 'Road Warriors'
  • It's getting a lot of attention at SXSW

If you're like Robin Meade and just like to konk out on a plane ride, this may not be the app for you ... But if you're like Del Griffith from "Planes, Trains and Automobiles," you probably want to download Zamp now. You'll probably still talk your seatmate's ear off, but at least you'll be able to tell if you're rambling on about a topic that might be interesting for both of you.

It's a new smartphone app designed especially for travelers to help them connect at the airport. It's just one of the apps gaining altitude at SXSW in Austin, Texas. HLN's Digital Lifestyle Expert Mario Armstrong is there and introduces us to Zamp's creators.
