A network comedy is no laughing matter for many Christians.
The new ABC show "GCB" is based on the Kim Gatlin novel "Good Christian B--tches." It was changed to "Good Christian Belles", then finally to the acronym.
Despite the title change, many Christians believe the show mocks their religion.
Ted Baehr, chairman of the Christian Film and Television Commission, says the show should be immediately taken off the air. He tells HLN's Dr. Drew in the video clip above why he finds "GCB" so offensive.
Watch Dr. Drew weeknights on HLN at 9 p.m. ET and follow the show on Twitter @DrDrewHLN.
