Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife, was charged with possession of more than four grams of cocaine, but she may not see any jail time.
Police charged Mueller with possession of cocaine and possession with intent to distribute after a wild night out in Aspen, Colorado. She is also facing a misdemeanor charge of third degree assault. According to police reports there were at least 11 witnesses to the alleged assault.
But all of that may not matter. New reports say that Mueller’s attorney is working out a deal with prosecutors that would keep her out of jail. A person could face a six year sentence for possessing that much cocaine, but Mueller may only have to take some drug education classes and perform community service.
