Supermodel Gisele Bundchen was feeling the heat over her caught-on-camera rant following her husband Tom Brady’s Super Bowl loss. Gisele was criticized for throwing Tom’s New England Patriots teammates under the bus when she said "My husband cannot [expletive] throw the ball and catch the ball at the same time. I can't believe they dropped the ball so many times.”

Now Tom’s Patriots teammate Bret Lockett is weighing in on the situation and surprisingly he has no hard feelings. Lockett tells HLN’s Showbiz Tonight, “Things happen like that. People are emotional and sometimes you know we let our emotions get the best of us. It was an honest answer and I think she gave whatever she thought at the time. She just spoke her mind and I don’t think there is anything wrong with that.”

Actress Holly Robinson Peete knows something about being a football player’s wife.  Her husband Rodney Peete had a long career in the NFL and Holly says she knows how hard it can be to keep quiet when your husband is getting criticized. “I was blessed that there was no social media at that time… because I would’ve got him in so much trouble,” Holly tells Showbiz Tonight.

While Holly can sympathize with what Gisele went through, she does admit Gisele broke the “code” when it comes to talking about other players. Holly explains, “You can say anything you want about your husband. He had a great game or I wish he would’ve won. But you can’t talk about the other players because that doesn’t work well in the locker room.”
