Are Kim and Kris headed for a nasty divorce?

A new report from RadarOnline.com claims Kris Humphries’s lawyer wants to know if a scene from “Kourtney and Kim Tale New York” -- where Kim has a heart-to-heart with her mom about her failing marriage -- was staged.

The attorney thinks that particular scene was made to look like it was shot in Dubai when it was really shot on a sound stage in Hollywood, California, months later. Was someone trying to fake “reality?” 

Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner sets the record straight, telling HLN’s Showbiz Tonight, “We shot the entire episode in Dubai. Everyone is going to take a shot about something and you know challenge you at every turn.” 

Jenner says she isn’t letting these false allegations get to her. Instead, she'll let the rumors about her family “roll off her back.”

So will Kim and Kris be able to let their 72-day marriage just roll off their back or are things headed for an ugly turn in divorce court? Jenner thinks there is no reason for cameras or the former couple’s divorce to head to trial.

“[Kim and Kris Humphries] are great people, and they just need to move on and get on with their lives.”
