Today's military salute is from actor Clifton Davis, who starred as Reverend Reuben Gregory in the 1980s-1990's sitcom, "Amen."

Over the years, he's also appeared in "Party of Five," "The Love Boat," and the film "Any Given Sunday."

Davis thanks the troops for "putting their lives on the line so that we might enjoy the freedoms that we have every day."
