Now that new mama Beyonce has made her first public appearance, everyone is wondering when we’ll get the first look at baby Blue Ivy!

With superstar parents Jay-Z and Beyonce attracting so much attention it would be hard for Blue to stay under wraps forever.  One celebrity mom who knows about the photogs wanting to get that coveted first shot of a celebrity baby is Matthew McConaughey’s fiancé, Camila Alves.

Alves tells Showbiz Tonight’s A.J. Hammer she thought it was important for her and McConaughey to have control over the release of the photos. Alves and McConaughey sold the pictures of their first child, son Levi, to OK! Magazine. “The thing for us was you know somebody is going to get a picture of the baby because we are not going to hide the baby forever right? So we are going to come out on the street and someone is going to take a picture. Whoever has that picture is going to make tons of money.”

Instead of giving that money to an aggressive paparazzo, Alves said they decided to take matters into their own hands. “Do we actually want to give a stranger tons of money or do we actually want to make a deal with a magazine so we can control what’s going to be out?”
