In "The Grey," Liam Neeson survives a plane crash in Alaska. He battles injuries, hunger, the elements and an angry pack of wolves. Is that all???
Neeson’s career has kind of come full circle. He first became a big name in the 1990 action movie, "Darkman." Then for years, critics fawned over him in serious roles, like in "Schindler’s List," "Michael Collins" and "Kinsey." Now, nearing 60, he’s back to being a bankable action star. Just in the last few years, he's starred in "Taken," "Clash of the Titans," "The A-Team" and "Unknown." Later this year, you’ll see him in three more: "Wrath of the Titans," "Battleship" and the latest "Batman" film.
Another action movie out this weekend is "Man on a Ledge." Sam Worthington (of "Avatar" fame) stands on a 25th floor ledge to prove he didn’t steal a rare diamond. Unless the ring is sitting out on the ledge, that doesn’t really sound like a well-thought-out plan. Elizabeth Banks and Ed Harris co-star.
In "One for the Money," Katherine Heigl needs a job. So she discovers her inner Dog and becomes a bounty hunter. Guess who she has to catch: Her old high school boyfriend. Hijinks ensue.
Watch to see what Mr. Moviefone thinks of all three flicks.
