Morning Express with Robin Meade viewer Kristen eats a vegan diet, and she wants to know if it's healthy. We took her question to Dr. Mehmet Oz of The Dr. Oz Show, and he said yes ... with a couple suggestions:

1. Take a vitamin B-12 supplement
2. Don't overdo it with carbs
3. Get protein from things like beans and tofu
