The good news is, if you suffer from cellulite you CAN reduce its effects. The bad news is you are going to have to work hard to do it and even then there's no guarantee that you'll ever get rid of it completely.

Fitness expert Bob Greene explains that the best way to beat those "cottage cheese" thighs is through exercise: weight training, vigorous cardio. 

And what about all those gadgets and gizmos you see on late night TV? More bad news ... Greene says most of them aren't going to work.
