Televsion personality Paula Deen’s recent disclosure that she has type 2 diabetes has created quite a frenzy as of late ... but HLN’s Dr. Drew has someone of different take.

“Paula Deen is entitled to confidentiality as it pertains to her health care,” he says. “She has no obligation to share anything about her health care with anyone … she’s advocating a certain culture and certain kind of eating. She’s entitled to do that … I just think our reaction has been too impulsive and unthoughtful.”
