She posted her ode to the star of "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" on YouTube, and Segel actually noticed! He took to Twitter saying, “My favorite thing, maybe ever. I am in awe.” After a little back and forth between Chelsea and Segel’s publicist, Chelsea and her twin sister were on their way to meet Jason in Chicago for drinks and to attend The Chicago Film Critic Awards. Chelsea sat down with Showbiz Tonight’s A.J. Hammer to talk about her “date” with the superstar.
“Honestly, it felt like hanging out with some of my friends. He’s so down to earth," she said. "We got along really great. We had a great conversation.” When asked what Jason’s drink of choice was, Chelsea defends her man, declaring, “He had a white wine but don’t judge him!”
Chelsea says she'll never forget her night with her favorite star, but she's maintaining realistic expectations. “I don’t think we’re gonna have a second date,” she says.
She hasn't given up hope, though, quickly adding, “I mean the ball’s in his court. I’m a classy lady. I like to be asked out … we’ll leave that up to him.”
