Is jailed polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs still controlling the FLDS from behind bars?
Authorities in Texas say they are investigating claims that Jeffs used a prison phone to preach to his congregation on Christmas Day. His phone privileges have since been suspended.
And now, an FLDS follower has come forward claiming that Jeffs has ordered members not to have sex until he is freed.
“What`s really important to mention is a number of these people have been told you can have sex still for the purpose of having a child, but you can`t have it for purpose of pleasure,” CNN National Correspondent Gary Tuchmann told HLN's Dr. Drew Wednesday night. "And [one follower] didn`t want to lie and he told the truth. He said, 'yes, I`m having – I`ve had sex with my wife.'"
Hear more from Tuchmann, former FLDS member Flora Jessop, and private investigator Sam Brower on the new developments in the video clip above.
Jeffs, the leader of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, was convicted in early August of the aggravated sexual assaults of a 12-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl that Jeffs claimed were his "spiritual wives."
