The Better Business Bureau has a warning for you -- but it's not coming by email. In fact it's ABOUT an email.

HLN's Jennifer Westhoven says the consumer group wants you to watch for emails that claim to contain a complaint from a customer with a link to respond. If you get one, delete it without opening. If you have already clicked a link in one of these messages, it's suggested you run a virus scan on your computer ASAP.

For detailed information about this scam including a picture of exactly what one of these remarkably convincing emails looks like, visit the Better Business Bureau website.
