A 20-year-old woman has filed a paternity suit claiming that Justin Bieber is the father of her 3-month-old baby boy.

In an exclusive interview on HLN's Dr. Drew show Thursday night, her lawyers said they trust their client and want the court to help her get child support. They also said they have other "credible" evidence that will prove their case.

RadarOnline reports a hearing's been set for December 15 to determine if Bieber will be required to undergo a DNA test.

Bieber’s team has denied all the claims and released a statement saying: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims."

The singer told the Today Show Friday he's never even met the woman. "I'd just like to say basically that none of those allegations are true," Bieber said. "I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim."
