We all remember the news late last year of David Arquette and Courteney Cox announcing their split.

But just last night, the two were seen posing together at the “Scream 4” premiere in Hollywood acting quite friendly toward one another.

Dr. Drew says on his HLN show Tuesday night that many couples wish they could be as amicable as Courteney and David, Sadly, that's not the case for people who have relationship problems.

Dr. Drew took time to talk to a couple who said that they have a sexless marriage ... but that's not the real problem. It's a symptom of something else.
