Arthur Bomar, Jr. was sentenced to life for the murder of a man he shot to death over an argument about a parking space. After serving less than 11 years of his sentence, Bomar was granted parole. Bomar then raped and beat a 22-year-old college star athlete to death and dumped her body. He used the same MO he used years before by bumping his victim’s car to get her to stop driving. Police had Bomar in custody on assault charges at least twice before he killed the 22-year-old. Bomar has been sentenced to death by lethal injection for her murder.
