Film director Spike Lee recently listed his gorgeous Manhattan townhome for sale for a mere $32 million!
With a neo-Renaissance facade, the townhome has four floors and a finished basement (complete with a gym and plenty of storage). The main level houses large living and dining rooms, separated by a stunning outdoor courtyard. Just imagine all the entertaining you could do on that level alone!
The top three floors feature a total of five bedrooms (check out that floor plan in the gallery above!), several of which look out onto the courtyard.
The 8,292-square-foot home was built in 1920 and "well-renovated," according to Zillow. It's located on the Upper East Side in New York.
Would you splurge on Lee's home?
