The difference between building the software behind an entire operating system and the design for a California mountainside mansion? Um, massive. Unless, that is, you happen to be Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.
This California home was actually designed by Woz in 1986 and -- like his other well-known products -- has pretty well stood the test of time. Look at the place. It looks like an Apple store inside. Now, the Los Gatos house is back on the market, listed at $4.395 million.
According to Zillow, "The home hasn’t passed through many owners since Wozniak and was recently renovated, but much of the home retains its original design. Measuring 7,500 square feet, the 6-bedroom, 8-bath house includes an indoor kids’ play area, outdoor koi pond, pool with waterfall and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for entertaining."
And, because it was built in the '80s, a totally rad stained-glass skylight.
