With a baby on the way and a newly purchased Bel-Air mansion, it's no surprise Kanye West wants to get rid of his L.A. bachelor pad.

West put the home on the market in 2010 for $3.995 million, but now the three-bedroom home is listed at $3.3 million. The home is a humble 4,000 square feet compared to the 9,000-square-foot mega mansion West and girlfriend Kim Kardashian just bought.
