Eat 'em straight up: According to the New York Times, chia seeds are chock full of omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, protein and fiber. Since they don't have a noticeable flavor, you can sprinkle them whole into a number of foods (see the following pics), or even grind them up and add them to drinks. Some people, however, just like to munch on them as is.
