Despite the outpouring of grief and support the country has shown in the few days following the Sandy Hook shootings, life, no matter how painfully, must still go on. Football games are being played. Christmas is coming. Children are returning to school. But as the days pass, people are still reaching out to Newtown in the form of memorials, both real and virtual.
Journalist Ann Curry's tweet has inspired #20Acts and #26Acts, both encouragements for people to commit themselves to acts of kindness in honor of the victims.
Imagine if all of us committed to 20 mitvahs/acts of kindness to honor each child lost in Newtown. I'm in. If you are RT #20Acts
