Katherine Heigl purchased this lavish colonial style home in 2007 and has now decided to sell the 3,690-square foot home for $2.6 million. Perhaps her decision comes as she's decided to spend more time with her country crooner husband Josh Kelley and their two kids at their home in Utah. So, does this mean Heigl is finally saying goodbye to Hollywood, or at least a residence there?
