Do you know where you were on November 14, 1993? Sure, Bill Clinton was president and bIf you're a Notre Dame fan, you would know that was the last time the team was on top of the college football world.
After No. 1-ranked Kansas State took a 52-24 whipping from Baylor and Stanford upset No. 2-ranked Oregon 17-14 in overtime on Saturday, the Fighting Irish moved up to the top spot. Now, all Notre Dame needs to do is beat their rival USC (who will be playing without their star QB Matt Barkley) next week and they can make travel plans for Miami.
